What is this program?

The goal of the program is to develop specific skills in the participants so that they are able to identify, enhance, format and transfer tacit knowledge to their teams, leveraging development and reducing conflict and distance between generations.

This is Mentoring Training for Managers, internationally certified by LeaderArt International, a Canadian entity with expression in several countries, specializing in training focused on human development.

At the International Leader Mentor Certification, participants are trained to conduct Mentoring within organizations through a complete and practical model, designed to be implemented immediately after training.

METHODOLOGY

The training is face-to-face with a strong dynamism, aiming at the development and instruction of the student, through the experience of techniques and application of tools. In practical work, participants will identify their main experiences and how to make them applicable in the Mentoring process. They will simulate the Leader Mentor relationship as if they were in their companies.

Participants will receive knowledge that they can take immediately to practice in the organizational environment and any other in which they act as developers of people.
