What is this program?
The Program is designed to develop essential leadership skills so that managers are able to identify the critical tasks of success, to act effectively in each situation, and to initiate self-knowledge of their behavioral preferences.
This is the first stage of the leader’ journey, contained in The Captainship Journey from “LeaderArt International”, an international certifier with expression in several countries and specialized in training focused on human development.
In the International Leader Manager Certification, participants are trained to act as situational leaders, able to understand each situation and make use of the most appropriate styles to reach the maximum potential of their team.

METHODOLOGY
The content is facilitated in person, in a practical and dynamic way. It favors the development and instruction of the leader, through the experience of the model and the application of the techniques. In practical assignments, the participant will identify the various developmental situations and learn to apply the most effective leadership style for each contingency.
Through an assessment in the material itself, it will be possible to begin the process of self-knowledge of their behavioral preferences, to identify the preferences of their people, and to act more effectively in interpersonal relationships.
